Bishop Marvin Sapp Responds to Woman Claiming to be His Wife on Facebook

Gospel singer and Bishop Marvin Sapp is speaking out against a woman who is claiming to be his wife and trying to book shows using his name.

"This young woman has posted and  has been posing as my new wife. SHE IS NOT MY WIFE," Sapp exclaimed in a Facebook message. "The only reason why I'm posting this is not to put her on blast; however it is because she has placed a link onto her page as it pertains to my booking."

The woman, who goes by the name First Lady Annisha Sapp, took to Facebook where she posted the message: "Hello Everyone! Here's our new Facebook business page for Bishop Marvin Sapp and first lady Annisha Sapp. If you would like to book Bishop Sapp for preaching/singing at your church click the link." Sapp, 49, is urging his millions of followers to make no efforts to book hin through the woman’s unauthorized Facebook or Twitter pages. Furthermore, he is requesting that supporters “request from both media sites that her sites be shutdown/removed.”

The Spiritual Leader of INRI Spiritual and Evangelical Church, Oke-Afa, Isolo, Lagos, Primate Elijah Ayodele, has condemned the killing of Christians cross the country.

Ayodele, in an interview with DAILY POST on Friday, also took a swipe at those he called “Big Pastors” for keeping quiet in the face of unabated attacks against the Church.

Ayodele, while lamenting the recent attack on Christians, said “They slit the throat of a woman preaching in Abuja; they beheaded a 74-year-old woman in Kano; they nearly killed another poor carpenter for not observing fast; they attacked a Church in the Niger for holding a service on Friday, and so on.

He said “Nigeria is getting to the edge; no more tolerance and we are moving on as if all is well”. “Last week, the Appeal Court ruled that hijab can be worn to schools. The Sultan came out and told Muslims that ‘if anybody does not want you to practise Islam, you can fight’. “I read it on your DAILY POST and was shocked. I read it again.

New Music - Such Love - Aijay (@AijayDesmond)

From the stables of Xousia Music, Aijay Desmond is back with a brand new single titled Such Love.

In her own words, “Sitting in the plane that day, I started thinking about what it must have felt like bearing the sins of the whole world on oneself, the pain, the humiliation, loving someone who didn’t love you back... This was Jesus’ sacrifice.

He went all the way, enduring it all just for you and I to be reconciled back to God. The thought of it filled my heart with so much joy and I just took up my pen and began to write this song that you hear today. I am forever grateful to You my King for paying the price for me . Your death on the cross for all mankind shows what TRUE LOVE really is…SELFLESS!!!”

This song was produced by DaGenius.
